Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong background in personal lines insurance to contribute to a growing organization with a positive and collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in servicing personal lines accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to personal lines clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle account rounding and remarketing as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve new business production goals.
• Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Potentially transition into a management role after one year, depending on performance and organizational needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of personal lines insurance experience.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required.
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
