Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to personal lines clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle account rounding and remarketing as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve new business production goals.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Potentially transition into a management role after one year, depending on performance and organizational needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of personal lines insurance experience.
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
