Personal Lines Service Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Service Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a family-oriented, full-service independent insurance agency that has been serving clients since 1994. In this role, you will manage standard personal lines and small commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service and support while contributing to the growth of the agency.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $45,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming calls and close new business opportunities.
- Quote and process new and renewal business for personal lines and small commercial lines accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using IMS software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Support light sales efforts to contribute to the agency's growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on service and light sales.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IMS software or similar systems is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
