Commercial Insurance Agent

Compensation Package

• Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
• Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads to quote and bind new business.
• Service an existing book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Focus on ~95% Commercial Lines (General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Auto, Property) and ~5% Personal Lines.
• Handle small to middle-market accounts.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines insurance; must have experience writing new business.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software; tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, sales-minded, fast-paced, and detail-oriented.
• Work Environment: Must be comfortable working remotely and independently.
