Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a small agency environment and is eager to take on a leadership position. The successful candidate will manage and produce commercial accounts, handle A-Z account responsibilities, and contribute to the agency's growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and produce commercial accounts, including upselling renewals and securing new prospects.
- Handle all aspects of accounts from start to finish (A-Z).
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the agency's growth by bringing in new business.
- Support the agency's leadership team and assist in operational management as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and account management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Software: Familiarity with industry-standard software is a plus.
