Commercial Lines Team Lead – Hybrid (Boston, MA)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Property & Casualty License.
• 3–5 years of experience working in commercial insurance.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong familiarity with complex commercial coverages.
• Experience with an agency management system (AMS360 or EPIC preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Office 365.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships and providing exceptional service.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
