Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in the management and servicing of commercial insurance accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation, processing, and review of policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, follow up on documentation, and resolve related issues.
  • Maintain and update accurate client files, documentation, and databases to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Assist in identifying coverage gaps, recommending solutions, and supporting renewal processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks and projects are executed effectively and on time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and regulatory standards to enhance client service and process improvements.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as required by the team or management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant insurance experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial insurance products, terminology, and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and carriers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Required agency management system experience: EPIC
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: $28 - $34 / hour (depending on experience)
