Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in the management and servicing of commercial insurance accounts.
- Assist with the preparation, processing, and review of policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, follow up on documentation, and resolve related issues.
- Maintain and update accurate client files, documentation, and databases to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in identifying coverage gaps, recommending solutions, and supporting renewal processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks and projects are executed effectively and on time.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and regulatory standards to enhance client service and process improvements.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as required by the team or management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant insurance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of commercial insurance products, terminology, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and carriers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Required agency management system experience: EPIC
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: $28 - $34 / hour (depending on experience)
