Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships. This position operates on a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a wide variety of commercial accounts across multiple industries.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
- Participate in team celebrations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with exposure to a variety of industries.
- Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
