Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
  • Explain and recommend a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, property, and business insurance.
  • Analyze client profiles and provide customized coverage options to address current and future risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, insurance regulations, and products to ensure the best advice and options are provided to clients.
  • Ensure all documentation, applications, and policy renewals are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure clients experience seamless and consistent service.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their evolving needs and recommend updates or additional coverage as necessary.
  • Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Consultant, Risk Manager, or related role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant insurance products, regulations, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and using CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $90K-$120K (based on experience).
