Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic insurance team. The successful candidate will leverage their skills as an insurance producer to provide exceptional customer service while helping clients find tailored personal insurance solutions. This role demands proactive communication with clients, building strong long-term relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads and build a robust pipeline by networking, cold calling, and utilizing referral systems.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ personal insurance needs, including home, auto, and other personal lines.
  • Present and explain various policy options, providing clear and accessible information to clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claim-related questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with underwriters to tailor and customize policies to meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Stay informed on state regulations, market trends, and carrier updates related to personal insurance lines.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to continuously analyze sales strategies, explore cross-selling opportunities, and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and policy details in compliance with company and state requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • License: Active and valid state Property & Casualty Insurance Producer license required.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Personal Lines Insurance Producer or similar sales/insurance role.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about creating positive client experiences and ensuring policyholders’ satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals while operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with agency management software a plus.
