Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial situations.
• Analyze various insurance policies to determine the best coverage options for individual clients.
• Stay informed about insurance products, coverages, and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare insurance quotes for clients, explaining coverage options and premiums in a clear and understandable manner.
• Sell personal lines insurance policies, including auto, home, renters, and personal property insurance, to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Facilitate the issuance of insurance policies, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide ongoing support and customer service to clients, including policy changes, claims assistance, and renewal reviews.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policies sold, and any other relevant information.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, new insurance products, and changes in the market through ongoing training and education.
