Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate insurance, particularly in managing large, complex accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $100K-$140K (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value real estate insurance accounts, including habitational and multi-billion-dollar layered and shared programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Handle day-to-day service needs, proactively addressing challenges, and managing complex client interactions.
- Collaborate with producers, associate producers, marketing teams, and claims teams to deliver seamless service.
- Quote and renew business, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Oversee a book of business with support from other team members.
- Provide strategic insights and solutions to optimize account performance and client outcomes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in account management, with a focus on real estate insurance and habitational accounts.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in managing complex, layered, and shared insurance programs.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with AMS360 or similar account management systems.
- Licenses/Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses or designations are preferred.
