Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional client-facing service and managing a shared book of business, including middle-market multiline accounts. 

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities

  • Provide A-Z client-facing service, including quoting, renewing, and remarketing personal lines accounts.
  • Manage a shared book of business, focusing on middle-market multiline accounts.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize AMS 360 software for account management and documentation.
  • Support transactional work through coordination with PL raters and VAs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of stable experience in personal lines insurance (preferably with the same company).
  • Preferred Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
  • Soft Skills:
