Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong client-facing skills and a proven ability to manage and negotiate renewals for large accounts. This is an onsite position offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business
- Handle client needs, including certificates, claims, and policy analysis
- Conduct renewal negotiations and quote new/renewal business
- Act as a hybrid producer/account manager, maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the claims department and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management (experience preferred but not required)
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in client-facing interactions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active 2-20 license required (4-40 license may be considered)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in large agencies
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred
- Industry Expertise: Experience working with contractors, condo/HOA, property, construction, and garage dealer accounts
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
