Commercial Lines Account Manager or Assistant Account Manager
A well-established independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager or Assistant Account Manager to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to manage and support a generalist commercial book of business while working in a collaborative, supportive office environment.
What You’ll Do

Provide day-to-day servicing of a generalist commercial book

Handle renewals, policy changes, billing, and claims support

Quote and remarket accounts as needed

Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service

Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities, with commissions available for organic business brought in

Utilize AMS360 agency management system
What We’re Looking For

For Account Manager: Prior Commercial Lines servicing experience and active P&C license

For Assistant Account Manager: Insurance office or service experience preferred; P&C license not required, but preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a professional, client-focused approach
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $50K–$90K depending on experience and role + commission opportunities
