Job Summary
Seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative to join a team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to clients, policyholders, and prospects
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and identifying their insurance needs
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and policy renewals
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve client inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues
- Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the team as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
