Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Utilize **AMS 360** to update, track, and document all client and policy details efficiently.
- Analyze clients’ coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to align with their requirements.
- Proactively communicate with clients to explain policy features, address questions, and resolve concerns.
- Work closely with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and provide optimal solutions for clients.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal standards, and company procedures.
- Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities in collaboration with account executives.
- Continuously engage in professional development to stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and tools.
Qualifications
- Insurance License: 2-20, 4-40 or 20-44
- Proficiency with AMS 360 preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of standard Personal Lines insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
