Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ranging from $2,000 to $500,000 in size. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial lines sales or service, a strong understanding of industry practices, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on professional growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a generalist book of commercial insurance accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
- Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Contribute to the growth and retention of the book of business through proactive account management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines sales or service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
