Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including living facilities, non-profits, and daycares, with a focus on mid-market clients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on professional growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
- 401(k) Plan
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business exceeding $2 million, focusing on mid-market accounts.
- Handle renewals (90%) and new business marketing (10%).
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and endorsements.
- Collaborate with producers to market new business opportunities.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Coordinate with Patra for outsourced administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; experience with EPIC software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of living facilities, non-profits, and daycare accounts.
- Proven ability to manage mid-market accounts effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and perform under high-stress situations.
- Background check required prior to start date.
