Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager or Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and dynamic team. Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $50K-$60K (based on experience) + bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business, including renewals, quoting, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups to avoid missed tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate workflows and meet client needs.
- Handle both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business (approximately 20% new, 80% renewal).
Qualifications/Requirements
- 1-3+ years of P&C insurance and service experience required.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license - or willingness to obtain.
- Experience using agency management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
