Personal Lines Account Manager / Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager or Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and dynamic team. This is a fully remote position with occasional in-office training and team collaboration opportunities. Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $50K-$60K (based on experience) + bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of business, including renewals, quoting, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups to avoid missed tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate workflows and meet client needs.
  • Handle both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts.
  • Quote new and renewal business (approximately 20% new, 80% renewal).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of P&C insurance and service experience required.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license - or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience using agency management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
