Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients, managing personal insurance accounts, and fostering long-term client relationships. Your ability to analyze insurance needs, recommend tailored solutions, and handle day-to-day account management will play a critical role in delivering excellent client satisfaction and ensuring business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned personal lines insurance accounts.
  • Analyze client insurance needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.
  • Process renewals, mid-term policy changes, and endorsements effectively and accurately.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients, addressing inquiries about policies, coverage, and claims.
  • Manage policy documentation, update client information, and maintain accurate records using industry software.
  • Ensure all underwriting requirements are met and work closely with carriers to secure approvals.
  • Educate clients on their coverage options, policy changes, and risk management strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, resolving issues and proactively offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales teams by cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products and services based on client needs.
  • Be compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies while handling sensitive client information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to better serve clients and provide innovative insurance solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance with a proven track record in account management.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in insurance industry technology and software.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $60K-$80K (based on experience).
