About the Role:

We’re seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance agency based in Dunn, NC. This role is open due to growth and offers an excellent opportunity for a licensed professional looking to work with a strong team, great leadership, and an impressive benefits package.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide full A–Z servicing of a personal lines book of business

• Handle quoting of new and renewal business

• Manage standard personal lines accounts, typically under $10K in premium

• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and accurate policy handling

• Use agency management systems and CRM tools to keep data organized and updated

What We’re Looking For:

• Active P&C License required

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management

• Familiarity with Salesforce or Epic is a plus, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience)
