Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial insurance who thrives in a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

• Manage a book of middle to large commercial accounts ($100K - $1MM)
• Handle the renewal process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless account management
• Quote and process renewal business
• Utilize Sagitta software for account management and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• 5+ years of solid commercial insurance experience preferred
• Experience with middle to large market accounts preferred
• Familiarity with industries such as contractors, equipment, oil & gas, distributors, manufacturers, transportation, and heavy equipment is a plus
• Proficiency in Sagitta software or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Service-oriented with a client-first mindset
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
