Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial insurance who thrives in a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities
- Manage a book of middle to large commercial accounts ($100K - $1MM)
- Handle the renewal process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless account management
- Quote and process renewal business
- Utilize Sagitta software for account management and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- 5+ years of solid commercial insurance experience preferred
- Experience with middle to large market accounts preferred
- Familiarity with industries such as contractors, equipment, oil & gas, distributors, manufacturers, transportation, and heavy equipment is a plus
- Proficiency in Sagitta software or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Service-oriented with a client-first mindset
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
