Job Title: Insurance CSR
Location: Atlanta, GA (Fully In-Office)
Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and service-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a tight-knit, professional team supporting both Commercial and Personal Lines accounts. This is a fully in-office position with a company that values experience, longevity, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day servicing for mid-sized commercial or personal lines insurance accounts

Handle quoting, renewals, policy changes, retention, and client communication

Actively cross-sell and assist in writing new business

Support a well-established book with direct carrier relationships

Collaborate with a small, experienced team focused on quality service
What We're Looking For:

Prior insurance experience is required – candidates must be able to hit the ground running

Property & Casualty license preferred (licensing support available if needed)

Strong working knowledge of Applied TAM software is highly preferred

Familiarity with major carriers such as Travelers, Central Mutual, Auto-Owners, and Safeco

Strong grammar, communication, and phone presence

Team player with a service-first attitude and confidence built on experience
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 based on experience
