Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

- Hybrid work schedule after the initial 90-day training period.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ranging from $10,000 to $500,000 in premium.
- Provide end-to-end account management, including quoting new and renewal business, re-marketing renewals, and handling rewrites.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions across various lines of coverage, including property, cyber, EPLI, workers' compensation, and package policies.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless account management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong background in small and middle-market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
