Job Summary
Looking for a professional and client-focused Inside Sales and Service Agent (Account Manager) to join a dynamic team. This fully remote position (must reside within 60 miles of Austin, TX) offers the opportunity to manage a growing book of business, primarily consisting of small commercial accounts and personal lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines, a willingness to learn personal lines, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage and service a commercial book of business, with opportunities to grow personal lines.
- Handle inbound leads, market new business, and manage renewals.
- Provide client-facing support, guiding customers through their insurance needs with professionalism and expertise.
- Quote and market new and renewal business, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with a transparent and supportive team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in commercial lines; willingness to learn personal lines is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Professional, polished, and client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Environment: Must have a dedicated home office setup (not a temporary or shared space).
- Location: Must reside within 60 miles of Austin, TX.
