Job Summary
A growing independent agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager specializing in middle-market accounts. This role focuses on delivering consultative, client-focused service while managing a portfolio of commercial clients and handling all aspects of account management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients, presenting coverage options and helping them make informed decisions.
- Handle daily service tasks, including quoting and processing new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with producers and internal team members to ensure a high level of service.
- Maintain accurate records using an agency management system.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Prior experience managing commercial lines accounts, ideally in the middle-market space.
- Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and related tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
