Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Sales Executive. The successful candidate will join a leading Insurance carrier, selling Professional Liability products throughout Southwest United States, including TX, OK, MS, AR, AZ,  LA, & NM.  

Responsibilities:

• Selling Insurance products to prospective clients throughout the Southwest region.
• Achieve sales goals and expand market share.
• Travel throughout the Southwest region.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in sales, preferably in Professional Liability, MPL, or P&C insurance
• Ability to travel throughout Southwest Region (AR, TX, OK, MS, LA, NM, AZ)  (up to 30%)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• California Property & Casualty Agent license

Day-to-day:

• Engage with prospective customers to promote and sell Insurance products
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
• Utilize mileage reimbursement and corporate credit card for travel and business expenses
