Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support a book of commercial P&C business, ensuring top-tier service to clients while working closely with producers and carriers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in policy management, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated book of small to middle-market commercial lines accounts

  • Serve as the primary contact for client servicing needs, including renewals, endorsements, audits, certificates, and policy changes

  • Collaborate with producers on marketing, quoting, and placement of new and renewal business

  • Maintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters and clients

  • Prepare proposals, applications, and related documentation for new and renewal business

  • Issue certificates of insurance and ensure compliance with client and contractual requirements

  • Review policies for accuracy and coordinate corrections as needed

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing in the agency management system (e.g., EPIC, AMS360, Applied)

  • Provide guidance and education to clients regarding coverages and risk management best practices


Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management

  • Proficiency with agency management systems (EPIC preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages (GL, WC, Auto, Umbrella, Property, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail

  • Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
