Location: Remote/Hybrid in SC or GA reporting to Agusta office
Department: Personal Lines

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of personal lines accounts, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting agency retention and growth goals. This is a full-time position with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary service contact for assigned personal lines clients.

  • Analyze client insurance needs, identify risk exposures, and recommend appropriate coverage.

  • Manage all aspects of policy servicing, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and billing inquiries.

  • Prepare insurance summaries, renewal proposals, and other client documents.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the agency management system (Applied Epic preferred).

  • Assist clients with claim reporting and provide follow-up on claim status.

  • Cross-sell additional coverages and refer business to other departments as appropriate.

  • Work closely with producers and carriers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier underwriting guidelines, industry trends, and coverage options.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a personal lines account management role.

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an Agency Management System (Applied Epic preferred).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, paperless environment.

  • High degree of professionalism, initiative, and customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of advanced or specialty personal lines products.

  • Familiarity with risk assessment and claims processes.

  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
