We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their commercial insurance needs are managed with exceptional accuracy and care. You will build strong client relationships, provide high-quality service, and contribute to our core mission of delivering outstanding insurance solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as their primary point of contact for insurance-related concerns.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts by analyzing client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Process account renewals, endorsements, and changes efficiently and in compliance with agency and carrier guidelines.
  • Support clients during claim processes, advocating for timely resolution and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure accurate and complete policy issuance and servicing.
  • Conduct periodic policy reviews to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities while prioritizing the client's best interests.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and entered into the agency management system in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to provide proactive, relevant advice to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and provide prompt and accurate responses.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Proven ability to understand and manage various commercial insurance lines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in account management systems and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
