Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as their primary point of contact for insurance-related concerns.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts by analyzing client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Process account renewals, endorsements, and changes efficiently and in compliance with agency and carrier guidelines.
- Support clients during claim processes, advocating for timely resolution and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure accurate and complete policy issuance and servicing.
- Conduct periodic policy reviews to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities while prioritizing the client's best interests.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and entered into the agency management system in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to provide proactive, relevant advice to clients.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and provide prompt and accurate responses.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2-4+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Proven ability to understand and manage various commercial insurance lines.
- Demonstrated proficiency in account management systems and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
