Job Description

The PIP Insurance Defense Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in PIP insurance claims and litigation. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of cases, focusing on efficient and effective resolution. This role requires a deep understanding of PIP laws and regulations, strong litigation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

 

  • Provide legal counsel and support on PIP claims.
  • Review and analyze PIP claims for coverage and liability issues.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, including hearings and trials.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of experience as an Attorney
  • Strong knowledge of Personal Injury Protection laws and regulations.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
