Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and propose appropriate coverage options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients on insurance options.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize client retention and overall account performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven personal lines account management experience.
- Previous experience working with a variety of carriers.
- Previous independent agency experience.
- Strong understanding of personal insurance products and coverage options.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
