Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
  • Analyze client risk exposure and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for clients
  • Prepare and present client proposals and coverage recommendations
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous Social Services experience (living facilities, non-profits, daycares, etc.) required
  • 3+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
  • Proven experience in commercial lines account management
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $65k-$80k (based on experience)
