Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
- Analyze client risk exposure and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for clients
- Prepare and present client proposals and coverage recommendations
- Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous Social Services experience (living facilities, non-profits, daycares, etc.) required
- 3+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Proven experience in commercial lines account management
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $65k-$80k (based on experience)
