Position Type: Full-time, Salary: $120,000- $150,000 , plus potential performance bonuses

Role Overview

As our Commercial Lines Team Lead, you’ll manage a high-performing team of Account Managers and CSRs, overseeing a book, specializing in sectors like real estate, private equity, and manufacturing. You’ll report directly to leadership and collaborate with operations and production across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor AMs & CSR(s), fostering accountability and professional growth

  • Oversee production cycle: renewals, endorsements, quotes, certificates, and client service

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across other teams

  • Analyze metrics and portfolio performance to drive team success

  • Maintain Applied Epic system workflows and automation standards


Candidate Profile

Experience & Credentials:

  • 5–10 years in commercial lines (P&C required)

  • 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong technical knowledge 

Soft Skills:

  • Adaptable, community-oriented, genuinely caring

  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team leader

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and bouncing between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
