Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with commercial clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, answering inquiries and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, including gathering necessary documents and setting up accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of policies and services.
- Monitor account activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Review and process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide guidance and consultation on risk management solutions tailored to the client’s business needs.
- Utilize effective communication to identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services where applicable.
- Analyze and resolve client concerns while delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, policies, and regulatory changes to better serve our clients.
- Report to senior management on key account updates and client feedback.
Qualifications.
- Expertise in managing commercial account of various sizes
- Active 4-40 or 2-20 license
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, risk analysis, and client management principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting and CRM software systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
