Job location: Media, PA- onsite
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with insurance inquiries, policies, and claims in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns regarding commercial insurance policies.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and premium payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle insurance claims by guiding clients through the process and liaising with insurance adjusters as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, regulations, and policy coverage to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $50K-$60K (based on experience).
