Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Lines Producer to join our client's team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines. This role requires strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively grow the client base and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in need of commercial insurance coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, decision-makers, and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with underwriters and risk management specialists to develop tailored insurance solutions for clients.
• Effectively communicate insurance products, services, and coverage options to potential clients.
• Negotiate and finalize insurance contracts and agreements that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and market developments to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Producer, with a focus on commercial lines.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license (or willing to obtain).
