## Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Commercial Account Manager (SBU) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts within a specific business unit. You will work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with tailored solutions. This role requires strong account management skills and expertise in using AMS: Applied EPIC and managing commercial accounts within the range of $0-$100k.

## Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts within a specific business unit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions and advise them on coverage options
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Conduct regular reviews of accounts to identify opportunities for additional coverage and growth
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure a thorough understanding of the market

## Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a commercial insurance setting
- Proficiency in using AMS: Applied EPIC for account management
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Insurance certification or relevant qualifications are a plus
