Job Summary:
This role focuses on the growth and retention of a middle market personal lines book of business, with a small portion of high-net-worth accounts. The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of assigned accounts – while placing a strong emphasis on generating new business through both provided and self-sourced leads. This position is ideal for a driven, personable individual who thrives in a sales-forward environment and is looking to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation (approximately 60% self-sourced, 40% provided)
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products to existing clients and referral sources
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system
  • Leverage referrals from existing book of business to grow client base
  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Active Property & Casualty license in Texas required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance – sales, account management, or both
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality; enjoys a fast-paced sales environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
