Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a high-performing team focused on middle market accounts. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering comprehensive employee benefits solutions across a range of funding types. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a track record of sales success in the benefits space.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within the employee benefits market
  • Manage and grow a book of middle market accounts
  • Develop customized benefits strategies tailored to client needs across all types of funding arrangements
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering responsive, detail-oriented service and proactive communication
  • Collaborate with account management teams to ensure effective implementation and renewal of benefit plans
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and product offerings to serve as a trusted advisor to clients

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits sales or consulting (more preferred)
  • Proven track record of business development success in the employee benefits space
  • Strong understanding of various benefits funding models and middle market client needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused
  • Energetic and positive approach with a strong work ethic
