Job Title: Employee Benefits Producer
Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a high-performing team focused on middle market accounts. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering comprehensive employee benefits solutions across a range of funding types. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a track record of sales success in the benefits space.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within the employee benefits market
- Manage and grow a book of middle market accounts
- Develop customized benefits strategies tailored to client needs across all types of funding arrangements
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering responsive, detail-oriented service and proactive communication
- Collaborate with account management teams to ensure effective implementation and renewal of benefit plans
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and product offerings to serve as a trusted advisor to clients
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits sales or consulting (more preferred)
- Proven track record of business development success in the employee benefits space
- Strong understanding of various benefits funding models and middle market client needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused
- Energetic and positive approach with a strong work ethic
