Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized service.
- Proactively review clients' insurance coverage and recommend appropriate changes or additions.
- Process insurance policy endorsements, renewals, and new business applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, resolve policy issues, and negotiate coverage terms.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a personal lines insurance environment.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and client retention.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverages.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
