Job Summary

As a Personal Lines Client Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with personal lines insurance clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and managing their insurance policies. This role requires strong account management skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the insurance agency, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions
  • Manage and maintain client insurance policies, ensuring accurate coverage and addressing any necessary adjustments
  • Identify opportunities for policy renewals and upselling additional insurance products to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance policies to effectively advise and educate clients

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience required; 3+ preferred
  • Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with Applied EPIC agency management software is preferred
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to client management
