Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR to join a collaborative insurance team. This role blends service and sales responsibilities, with a primary focus on managing existing accounts, servicing client needs, and supporting agency growth through inbound leads and cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate reliability and initiative.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day service support to personal lines clients, including handling billing inquiries, policy changes, renewals, claims, and underwriting matters

Respond to incoming client communications via phone, email, and text as part of a shared call rotation

Quote and propose new personal lines insurance policies to inbound prospects and leads

Manage and review renewals, proactively remarketing accounts when needed

Cross-sell additional coverage lines to existing clients where appropriate

Follow up on referrals and leads provided by marketing and existing client base

Support occasional walk-in clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Operate with a balance of teamwork and independence; contribute to a positive, drama-free team environment
Qualifications/Requirements

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required

Previous experience in personal lines account management and customer service

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable balancing service and sales responsibilities
