We are currently seeking a Financial Planner/Relationship Manager who is passionate about serving high-net-worth clients for a growing wealth management firm in The Woodlands, TX.  You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives by helping them achieve long-term financial success while working alongside credentialed professionals who value integrity, growth, and empathy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with Wealth Managers to develop, present, and maintain customized financial plans
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering timely and accurate support
  • Analyze complex financial data to design and model wealth planning scenarios
  • Participate in client meetings and liaise with external professionals such as CPAs and attorneys
  • Oversee account administration, client onboarding, and ongoing service requests
  • Prepare trade recommendations and contribute to investment strategy discussions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Financial Planning, or Economics
  • 2+ years of related professional experience in financial services
  • Series 65 license (or actively pursuing) - must be licensed by 90 days of employment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, excellent organization, and time management

Preferred:

  • CFP designation (or on growth plan)
  • Experience with Tamarac (Advisor View and CRM)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or in a boutique advisory firm
  • Comfort with investment principles and portfolio implementation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Salary: $70,000 $90,000 base + service-based overrides and bonus structure
