Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial/Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance products and industry trends to provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of both commercial and personal clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and personal lines insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options.
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to develop comprehensive insurance proposals.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and competitive products to offer informed advice to clients.
• Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous experience as an Insurance Producer.
• Previous commercial and/or personal lines experience.
• An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and insurance carriers.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness/ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business engagements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
