## Overview
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and proven experience in the commercial insurance industry. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, analyze their insurance needs, and provide them with comprehensive insurance solutions. 

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the commercial insurance segment.
- Work closely with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure the best possible coverage for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and exceptional customer service.
- Effectively utilize AMS 360 and other tools to manage accounts and track performance.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in the commercial insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of AMS 360.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex commercial accounts
- Specialized expertise in Commercial COB, including Construction, Hospitality, and Real Estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
