Job Summary

Seeking a Business Insurance Client Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing a book of business, handling policy changes, IDs, COI's, renewals, presentations, and more. This role will report to the Department Leader and will require a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $75,000
• 401K: 7% match after 30 days
• PTO: 15 days
• Work Schedule: 3 onsite and 2 remote days after the first 90 days
• Travel: Day trips with the producer (company car provided)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with a revenue range of $500K-700K
• Handle policy changes, IDs, COI's, renewals, and presentations
• Quote new/renewal business as needed
• Utilize software such as Sagitta and Imageright for daily tasks

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong tenure, detail-oriented, and customer communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a professional environment
